Most recently, ActionCOACH was named to Franchise Direct’s List of “Top 100 Global Franchises”, the fourth straight year ActionCOACH has earned a coveted spot on this list. ActionCOACH moved up more than 20 spots from last year, reaching number 50.

Franchise Direct has been issuing this list since 2009 and ActionCOACH has been named to the list each year, but this is ActionCOACH’s highest ranking. Franchise Direct ranks their list based on a number of criteria, including number of units the franchise system has; how many countries the franchise has expanded into; their international unit numbers and growth; as well as franchise stability and financial strength.

“Whenever we earn a place on a list such as this one it’s an honor,” ActionCOACH USA and Canada CEO Jodie Shaw said. “This year we’ve learned that businesses that work with an ActionCOACH enjoy a return of almost $11 for every dollar they spend on coaching and our coaches are among the best compensated in the industry. These factors certainly played a role in achieving our place on this list.”

Soon after learning about its place on the list, ActionCOACH and Shaw were honored by the American Business Awards (Stevies) as Finalists for “Company of the Year” in the Business Services and “Executive of the Year” in the Business Services category. Last year, ActionCOACH earned “Company of the Year” and “People’s Choice Company of the Year” in the Business Services category.

In addition, ActionCOACH also garnered a Hermes Creative Gold for the invitation to its 2011 Global Conference in the category of Marketing Collateral/Branding/Invitation.

While ActionCOACH continues to earn accolades, it will turn the spotlight on small business owners from around the world when it sponsors the Business Excellence Forum and Awards.
