Brad Sugars-The Speaker
While Brad is a much sought after speaker, his busy calendar and the fact that he is running a global franchise means that speaks publicly a few times every year.
In 2008, Brad went on a global book tour called “Billionaire in Training” to more than 30 cities around the world. The number of registrants to the events exceeded 30,000 people. The events were free to business owners and were based on referral invitation only and funded by sponsors and event book sales. Attendees at the events were blown away by Brad’s stage presence and business coaching strategies. Unlike many speakers today, Brad fills his events with lots of content. So if you are lucky enough attend a Brad Sugars event make sure you brings lots of paper and a couple of spare pens!
Four times every year, Brad Sugars speaks at the ActionCOACH conferences held throughout the world. When you consider that the ActionCOACH franchise is filled with business leaders many with MBAs and Doctorates – Brad needs to be able to bring something new each year, be engaging and thought provoking.
Brad’s presentation style is without fanfare. He typically does not like longwinded introductions before he gets on stage. For longer seminars, Brad adopts a workshop style presentation. Brad is able to lead the audience to brainstorm ideas about a topic. Another unique part of Brad’s seminars is that he is happy to take questions from the audience. Many speakers today go onstage with a presentation they have delivered hundred of times and do not allow the audience to ask questions. Brad Sugars during his longer seminars often calls for people to go to the microphone to ask him a question. He is very forthcoming and truthful in the responses he gives and always thanks the person for asking a great question. However being Australian, blunt and to the point – he will answer the question rather perfunctory and sometimes will ask you several questions so that you arrive at the answer yourself. Many of Brad’s loyal fans appreciate the Brad Sugars presentation style and find it very refreshing. However because it is very unique, some may think they are coming into a seminar like a Jack Canfield seminar and be used to a warmer presentation style. From the moment Brad gets on stage – he tells you that time is your only limited resource and he thanks you for investing your precious time at his seminar. He will make sure that you have fun but his main aim is to allow you to leave with ways to be more profitable.
Brad speaks on a variety of topics including business and real estate. If you are lucky enough to attend Brad’s real estate course, you are able to see the true prowess of Brad Sugars as a speaker. Not many speakers can speak for 8 or more hours a day, for 3 to 5 days and maintain the audience’s attention.
